Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join the R&D Centre in Enschede. You will develop C/C++ software for industrial IoT, medical devices, and mobile devices, while interfacing with customer software and hardware teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on embedded development, strong knowledge of Linux, FreeRTOS or VxWorks, and fluent English with intermediate Dutch. You will be based at the Enschede site with a generous salary and benefits package.

Job description

An Embedded Software Engineer is sought by this leading engineering organisation to be based their R+D Centre in Enschede. The Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of software in C and C++ used in industrial IoT, Medical Devices and Mobile Devices. The Embedded Software Engineer will also be working with customer software and hardware teams.

After completing your technical education you will have gained 4+ years of hand-on embedded software and C / C++ development. You will have in-depth knowledge of embedded operating systems (Linux, FreeRTOS VxWorks) and any exposure to bare-metal level programming would be beneficial. You will have excellent English skills and you will also need to speak intermediate Dutch.
