Senior Embedded Software Engineer C/C++ - Amsterdam - Start up - No IND sponsorship possible - 80K-100K gross per year

This company is building climate solutions that are sold globally. It is a lean and mean team of roughly 20 FTE in total and they are based in the Amsterdam Area. You will work in a team of 4 software engineers and you will have ownership of embedded software that runs on a unit that is part of a larger end to end climate control solution.

We are looking for a senior embedded software engineer who is interested to help the company to become more professional and to further develop the solution. Someone who enjoys coding but is also looking at the bigger picture and is able to zoom out to make things better. Experience with agile is a big plus.

Important to know:

• The company will grow but it is not a hyper growth environment.
• You will have ownership of a unit within the solution, so you need to feel comfortable to work independently at times.
• Working from the office on approx 1-2 days in the week

We are looking for:

• 7-10+ years of experience
• C/C++ experience
• Experience with embedded development
• Java experience is a plus
• Someone who is based in The Netherlands, relocation is not possible
