Oniverse is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to plan, execute and optimize digital media activities across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels. Localize campaigns for the BENELUX market and create content that matches the brand's tone of voice.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, C&I and Digital teams to drive brand awareness and online sales in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifikationen

Job Description: Digital Media Specialist

Your mission

As a Digital Media Specialist, working closely with the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital media activities to drive brand awareness and online sales growth, while creating engaging content that reflects the brand's tone of voice across digital channels.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-funnel digital media campaigns (Awareness, Consideration and Conversion) across Google, Meta, TikTok and Programmatic platforms.
• Localize global campaigns and adapt digital content to the BENELUX market, ensuring consistency with the brand tone of voice.
• Create copies for digital campaigns in line with the brand tone of voice
• Manage the relationship with the local media agency, ensuring budgets are optimized and campaigns meet agreed KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and implement A/B tests to continuously improve results.
• Analyze campaign data, investigate performance issues and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
• Develop media plans aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance recaps for HQ and internal stakeholders using Excel, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, CRM, C&I and Digital teams to support commercial initiatives and develop impactful digital content.
• Stay up to date with digital media trends, platform updates and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and the main programmatic platforms.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Solid understanding of full-funnel media strategy and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills.
• Good copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and work independently.
• Proactive, results-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• Passion for digital marketing and fashion ecommerce.

It's a plus if you:

• Have experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar creative tools.
• Preferably a Dutch speaker, English is a plus.
