Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or higher in Food Science/Technology with Product Development experience.
• Experience in powdered milk or specialized nutrition is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate insights into product solutions.
• Proactive and collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Product Development for ELN UpAge from prototyping to commercialization.
• Serve as SN R&I technical lead, translating consumer needs into winning product solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive industrial implementation with Supply Points and Pilot Plants, managing risks and delivering pragmatic solutions.
• Ensure robust qualification/validation and compliance with SN R&I/InnoPro processes.
• Build category expertise and improve ways of working, challenging the status quo.
