Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Utrecht is seeking a Project Leader R&D to plan, lead and execute innovative development projects for professional food ingredients and products. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor or Master in Food Technology or Chemical Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project leadership experience in food sector or process industry within an R&D environment.
• Experience with ingredient development and formulations for beverages and dairy products.
• Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting and stakeholder management.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute R&D projects for products in the out-of-home market.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage external partners.
• Develop and test new ingredients and formulations for coffee, tea, dairy and creamer-like solutions.
• Manage budgets, timelines and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements during development.
• Travel for coordination with marketing partners and production sites, and represent projects in international meetings.
