Job summary

Anteryon in Eindhoven is looking for an Assembly Operator to produce high‑quality precision elements such as sensors, scanners and laser modules in a cleanroom. You will work to meet strict quality and safety standards and ensure traceability in the ERP system.

The role requires accuracy and fine motor skills, with a plus for experience in microscopy, soldering or optical assembly. Good English communication helps coordination with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment (cleanroom) and ability to work accurately.
• Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into laser modules, scanners and sensors in a cleanroom.
• Perform process controls with measuring equipment to verify specifications.
• Register work in the ERP system for traceability.
• Maintain quality by identifying deviations and suggesting improvements.
• Contribute to LEAN improvement projects by optimizing processes.
