Job summary

Mach Technology is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our Maastricht production team. You will perform manual soldering, placement, and fastening of electronic components, inspect and test parts, and ensure adherence to IPC/ESD safety guidelines.

What you will do

As an Assembly Operator, you will perform a variety of assembly and installation tasks on electronic products and components. Your responsibilities will include:

Manual soldering, placement, and fastening of components

Inspecting, measuring, and testing parts and assemblies

Performing rework and touch-up activities

Working according to established work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations (such as ESD and IPC requirements)

Identifying and reporting product or material discrepancies

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
