Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. in the Utrecht area is seeking an Electronic Technician to join a technical organisation focusing on marine communication, navigation and monitoring equipment.

You will work mainly in the workshop with occasional visits to customer and project locations in the Netherlands and abroad. You will assemble, wire, test and configure electronic gear, install marine systems, troubleshoot faults, read schematics and support on-site work.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or a similar field.
• Experience with electronic systems, assembly, testing or maintenance.
• Affinity with marine electronics, communication, networking or automation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical and accurate working style.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assembling, wiring, testing, and configuring electronic equipment.
• Installing and commissioning marine communication and navigation systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic and electrical faults.
• Testing, calibrating, and maintaining equipment.

Are you an Electronic Technician who enjoys working with marine technology and advanced electronic systems? We are looking for a practical and flexible technician to join a technical organisation working with communication, navigation, and monitoring equipment for the marine and offshore sector.

Your role

You will work mainly from the workshop, with occasional visits to customer and project locations in the Netherlands and abroad.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling, wiring, testing, and configuring electronic equipment
• Installing and commissioning marine communication and navigation systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic and electrical faults
• Testing, calibrating, and maintaining equipment
• Reading electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Supporting service and installation work at customer locations
• Preparing technical reports and documentation
• Working with engineers and other technicians to improve systems

What we're looking for

• MBO+working and thinking level in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
• Experience with electronic systems, assembly, testing, or maintenance
• Affinity with marine electronics, communication, networking, or automation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical and accurate working style
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Flexible and willing to travel occasionally, including internationally
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage

Junior technicians with the right technical background and motivation are also welcome.
