Qualifications

• Technical background in electromechanics, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience with bench diagnostics and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in following standardized work.
• Effective communicator, collaborative in a structured, fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-repair tests on medical devices using defined procedures.
• Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and robotic systems to root cause.
• Disassemble and assemble devices following torque specs and GDP.
• Document findings and test results in Salesforce and quality systems.
• Manage spare parts and inventory used during repair and maintenance.
• Adhere to EHS/ESD requirements and quality procedures.
