Job summary

Van der Hoeven group seeks an Electrical Engineer to install, maintain and repair electrical systems in horticulture. You will travel daily, work indoors and outdoors, lay cables and connect components such as motors, sensors and valves.

With more experience you may assist in commissioning the process computer that controls the system. The role requires an eagerness to learn, a technical MBO education, a valid B driving license, Dutch language skills, and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in horticulture.

• Connect motors, sensors and electrical valves as part of daily tasks.
• When experienced, diagnose malfunctions and assist in commissioning of process control systems.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will have a varied job and be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems in horticulture.
You will be on the road daily, working both outdoors and indoors. You will lay cable ducts and power cables and work on, among other things, assembling and
connecting our switch panels. But connecting motors, sensors and electrical valves are an integral part of the job.
If you have a bit more experience, you will also fix malfunctions and can grow into (worldwide) commissioning of the process computer that controls
all these things.
