NMi Certin B.V. in Delft seeks an Electrical Test Technician to hands-on test measurement equipment and assess products against standards.
You will prepare test setups, operate lab instruments, and document results under Certification Engineers in a practical lab environment. The role blends analysis with real-world testing across various measurement technologies, contributing to reliability and compliance of instruments globally.
Help ensure that measurement technologies are accurate, reliable, and ready for the market
Every day consumers and businesses rely on measuring instruments they often never think about. From energy meters and fuel dispensers to weighing systems and industrial measurement equipment, these technologies play a vital role in fair trade, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Before these instruments can be placed on the market, they must be thoroughly tested and assessed against national and international requirements. This is where NMi plays an important role.
For our laboratory in Delft, we are looking for a Electrical Test Technician who enjoys working hands-on with technology and investigation how products perform under real-world conditions. In this role, you help determine whether measuring instruments comply with legal and technical requirements by conduction a wide range of tests in our laboratories.
Working closely with Certification Engineers, you prepare and execute test plans, perform measurements, and document your findings. The role combines practical laboratory work with technical analysis and offers exposure to a wide variety of measurement technologies.
As a Electrical Test Technician, you play a key role in the certification process. Your work contributes directly to the reliability and trustworthiness of measurement systems used worldwide.
