Blue Projects, a leading consultancy specializing in engineering and project management solutions for the industrial sector, is looking for an experienced Electrical Inspector to join its team in the Netherlands on a part-time basis (70-80%).

This role involves on-site inspections and quality assurance for large-scale industrial construction projects, with a focus on cold storage facilities and FMCG industrial plants. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry regulations, and safety standards while collaborating closely with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting electrical site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
2. Overseeing electrical installations in cold storage facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
3. Monitoring electrical material quality, installation techniques, and adherence to safety guidelines.
4. Coordinating with contractors and project teams to address quality concerns and resolve electrical issues.
5. Ensuring compliance with NEN standards, IEC regulations, and industry-specific electrical codes for FMCG industrial facilities.
6. Preparing technical reports, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions for electrical systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical inspection or supervision.
2. Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems for cold storage and/or FMCG facilities.
3. Familiarity with Dutch electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Proficiency in electrical documentation and reporting.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
7. Flexibility to work part-time (70-80%) and travel to various project sites.
