Job summary

Motus People in Eindhoven is seeking a Tester of High-Tech Modules to test electrical modules and cable assemblies used in demanding high‑tech systems.

You will work closely with production and engineering, perform electrical and functional tests, verify against drawings and specifications, and document results.

This full‑time, day‑shift role offers hands‑on problem‑solving, training opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical testing experience preferred.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Structured and accurate way of working.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and functional tests on modules and assemblies.
• Check products against drawings, specifications and test instructions.
• Record test results accurately in relevant systems.
• Identify faults or deviations and investigate causes.
• Collaborate with assembly and engineering teams when issues arise.
• Carry out rework or corrections where necessary.
• Ensure products meet quality and technical standards.
