Job summary

VHE Industrial Automation, based in Eindhoven, is seeking a dedicated Tester to independently perform testing on cables and electrotechnical modules according to drawings, specifications and test procedures.

You will prepare configurations, conduct safety, functional and visual tests and document findings. You will discuss deviations with production colleagues and analyze returned products to identify defect causes and drive improvements in testing and production processes.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of independent testing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics (TPD).
• Knowledge of Ceetis, Python or Omron PLC is a plus.
• Experience testing modules, cables and smaller control cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities on cables and electrotechnical modules according to drawings, specs and test procedures.
• Prepare and set up test configurations and execute safety, functional and visual tests.
• Document findings and discuss deviations with colleagues in production.
• Analyze returned products to determine defect causes and contribute to process improvements in testing and production.
