Job summary

DEKRA Rail is seeking an Electrical Engineer to travel globally with a team of 2-3 colleagues. You will perform electrical tests on generators and contribute to our NDT efforts with our ARGIS system, often alongside self-developed mechanical equipment.

You will join a group of about 50 colleagues working on advanced non-destructive testing techniques worldwide, visiting customers and performing inspections using cutting-edge methods.

• Setting up and developing a new package of electrical measurements, then carrying them out and sharing your knowledge with colleagues

Job description

Traveling the world. Traveling together with 2-3 colleagues. Visiting customers with our unique generator inspection robot. That's what you will do as an Electrical Engineer. Together with a group of approximately 50 colleagues, you will work on advanced techniques for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). With your colleagues you use advanced NDT measuring methods worldwide, in combination with carrying out electrical tests. This is often combined with self-developed mechanical equipment. You go to places where this is normally not possible, but you are there! To perform electrical tests on generators.
