Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to the engineering, coordination and delivery of electrical systems for international projects. You will lead engineering activities, coordinate project teams and ensure the technical quality of solutions.

The role involves on-site work in the Netherlands and abroad (approx. 15%), with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in E-Houses or modular substations. English required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in E-Houses, modular substations or comparable electrical systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Netherlands and abroad (~15%).
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
• EU nationality
• Valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical engineering activities for E-Houses, modular substations and related systems.
• Liaise with customers, factories, third-party suppliers and internal departments.
• Verify electrical distribution systems and coordinate technical interfaces.
• Investigate layouts, components, cabling, termination kits and earthing arrangements.
• Prepare technical specifications, assembly instructions and commissioning plans.
• Lead or support FAT/FWT and coordinate factory activities.
• Monitor ITPs and quality requirements; manage scheduling of engineering hours.

Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience in E-Houses, modular substations or electrical distribution systems? In this role, you will contribute to the engineering, coordination and delivery of electrical systems for international projects. Depending on your experience, you will take responsibility for leading engineering activities, coordinating project teams and ensuring the technical quality of the final solution.

What We Offer

• A gross monthly salary of €4,500–€6,000, depending on experience
• A 13th-month payment

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week

What We Expect from You

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably involving E-Houses, modular substations or comparable electrical systems
• A flexible, practical and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work on-site in the Netherlands and abroad when required (approximately 15%)
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage
• EU nationality

What You Will Do

• Coordinate electrical engineering activities for E-Houses, modular substations and related systems
• Liaise with customers, factories, third-party suppliers and internal departments
• Verify electrical distribution systems and coordinate technical interfaces
• Investigate layouts, components, cabling, termination kits and earthing arrangements
• Prepare technical specifications, assembly instructions and commissioning plans
• Lead or support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT/FWT)
• Coordinate factory activities and resolve technical issues
• Monitor quality requirements and inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Estimate engineering hours and assess the commercial impact of additional work
• Collaborate with lead engineers, sales, procurement and other project stakeholders
• Depending on your experience, lead and coordinate at least two engineers per project
