DeRegt Cables, based in the Netherlands, designs and produces custom cable systems for offshore energy, defense, and subsea projects. The Design Team blends mechanical, electrical, materials and production engineering to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that meet customer requirements and operational challenges.

As a member of the DeRegt Design Team, you will work on diverse projects from VDS to ROVs, translating customer needs into practical designs while ensuring compliance with

Competenze

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Structured way of working with strong analytical skills.
• Creative, independent approach to problem solving.
• Experience with product development processes and knowledge of cable technology advantageous.
• Familiarity with DFMEA, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Experience translating customer requirements into practical designs.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DfM).
• Basic knowledge of simulation tools (FEA, electrical modeling, or statistical analysis).

Mansioni

• Design custom-built cable systems based on customer specifications.
• Consider applicable electrical and technical standards in the design process.
• Act as a technical contact for customers, informing them on product status and answering questions.
• Provide technical support to production on designed products.
• Monitor project planning and budget, identify deviations with the manager.
• Work on diverse projects from offshore energy to deep sea and defense applications.
