Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced HV Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical design for a flagship data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands. You will manage from substation through to data centre, review drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

You bring strong HV experience, data centre or substation project background, and a track record of end-to-end design. This is a 12-month renewable contract with a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong HV experience.
• Proven data centre, Mission Critical or Substation project experience.
• Background in end-to-end electrical design (Conceptual, basic design through to as Built).
• Ability to lead, review, and drive quality across design teams.

Looking for your next challenge in the data centre space? I’m working with a major international company delivering a flagship project in the Netherlands – and they’re looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading electrical design from substation through to data centre
• Reviewing and approving technical drawings
• Managing and supporting a team of designers
• Overseeing and implementing design changes
• Working across multiple stakeholders (reporting into 5 companies)

What they’re looking for:

• Strong HV (High Voltage) experience
• Proven data centre, Mission Critical or Substation Project Experience
• Background in end-to- end electrical design ( Conceptual, basic design through to as Built)
• Ability to lead, review, and drive quality across design teams
