As an Electrical Construction Manager supporting Clear on an on-site basis in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of electrical site operations, contractor supervision, technical quality inspections, and safety compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing electrical installation schedules for substations, generators, UPS systems, switchboards, and structured cabling, coordinating site execution with mechanical and commissioning teams, resolving engineering bottlenecks, collaborating directly with professional delivery consultants like Amelia Burrows.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and oversee all onsite electrical construction activities for hyperscale data centre infrastructure projects.
• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical electrical power systems including MV/LV substations, diesel generators, UPS arrays, and distribution boards.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractor workforces, daily task assignments, equipment staging, and material logistics to ensure schedule adherence.
