As a CSA Engineer supporting Clear on an on‑site basis in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of civil site supervision, structural inspections, architectural fit‑out management, and quality control. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing concrete pours, steel superstructure erection, raised flooring installation, acoustic partitioning, roofing systems, collaborating with MEP and commissioning teams, resolving site architectural coordination clashes, and interacting directly with professional delivery consultants like Amelia Burrows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and inspect all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) construction activities for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Monitor structural concrete works, reinforcement placement, foundation engineering, and steel superstructure erection.
• Supervise architectural fit‑outs including raised access flooring, acoustic walls, security partitioning, roofing, and waterproofing systems.
