Job summary

ASafe Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support a major data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands. This is a 12-month rolling contract providing leadership on safety performance with site teams and contractors.

Key qualifications include 7+ years of EHS experience, main contractor exposure, and Dutch project experience. Fluent English is required, and a valid visa/work permit for the Netherlands is necessary.

About the Role:

ASafe Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support a major data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an EHS professional with strong project leadership experience to join a high-profile project. The EHS Manager will be responsible for driving health and safety performance across the project, working closely with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of safety compliance and project delivery. This is a 12-month rolling contract.

• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of EHS experience within construction, data centre, life sciences, or similar environments.
• Previous experience leading EHS activities on behalf of a main contractor.
• Previous experience working on projects in the Netherlands is essential.
• Data centre or life sciences project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.
