Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an EHS Administrator for a major data centre project in Amsterdam. The role supports the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site, ensuring effective management of all project documentation.

You will ensure IMS adherence, distribute and track documents, maintain registers, and generate status reports. Strong English, organisation, and IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ site-based experience.
• High level of verbal and written English.
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• High level IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to IMS and company standards.
• Distribute and track documents to stakeholders with access to latest versions.
• Maintain and update document registers (e.g., RFI, action log, issue log).
• Analyse and summarise data from project logs and highlight overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking and status updates.
• Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents per procedures.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors for compliance with standards.
• Support QA, QC, and HSE audits by assisting with audits and document compliance.

We have an opportunity for an EHS Administratoron a major data centre project in Amsterdam. This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
• Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
• Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
• Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.

Skills/Qualifications:
