Job summary

Radboud University in the Netherlands is seeking a Research Assistant to join an ERC-funded project on cognitive neuroscience and EEG. You will collect, analyse and interpret EEG data within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to innovative studies using VR, robotics and computational methods.

You will work on two projects examining neural oscillations and body representation, collaborating with MSc students, PhD candidates and postdocs, with weekly progress and lab meetings.

Qualifications

• MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience or related discipline such as AI, Psychology, Cognitive Science or Engineering.
• Strong interest and expertise in neural correlates of tactile body representation.
• Experience collecting and analysing EEG data.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Python, R or C++.
• Team player with good social, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analysing and interpreting EEG data.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary research team over a 9‑month period.
• Participate in weekly team and lab meetings.
• Contribute to two projects on neural oscillations and sensorimotor transformations.
