Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Communication, Production and Outreach Coordinator to join our Aerospace team on site at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering communications, production and outreach activities across ESA Education programmes, working with ESA teams, external partners and international stakeholders.

You will manage online and offline channels, campaigns and materials, support procurement and logistics, and contribute to promoting ESA

Qualifications

• Master degree, or equivalent, plus at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in digital communication, outreach and engagement activities.
• Experience managing websites, social media channels and online communication platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers or external partners in international environments.
• Strong writing, editing and content creation skills; project management abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another EU language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver communication, production and outreach activities for the ESA Education Programme.
• Manage online and offline communication channels, supporting campaigns and outreach materials.
• Coordinate planning, tracking and reporting of communication activities using ESA-approved tools.
• Support development and maintenance of online platforms and digital initiatives; liaise with external providers.
• Coordinate production, storage, inventory and shipment of outreach materials; support events and logistics.
