Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. is seeking a hands‑on Software Development lead to drive design, development, and delivery of in‑house applications across onshore data centers, public cloud, and edge environments.

You will mentor engineers, steer architectural decisions, and ensure resilient distributed systems with modern patterns and contract‑driven data models. You will work with Go, Python and TypeScript, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and technologies like NATS, gRPC, and PostgreSQL, while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a software engineering team; conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
• Design, build, and maintain systems for on‑prem, cloud, and edge deployments under network constraints.
• Ensure software quality with automated tests and static analysis; maintain observability and SLO dashboards.
• Instrument software for monitoring, security, authentication, and auditing.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architecture.
