Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Uber’s Earner Compliance team seeks an experienced specialist for EMEA Delivery to safeguard the platform while enabling growth. You will review processes, map product configurations, identify gaps, and align cross-functional partners on mitigations, reporting to leadership as needed.
You will drive standardized playbooks, balance strategic oversight with root-cause investigations, and advocate for scalable automation across Legal, Central Ops, Local Ops, and Product.
About the Team
Uber’s EMEA Operations team ensures platform integrity, safety, and regulatory alignment across all marketplace verticals. The Earner Compliance team works at the intersection of Legal, Policy, Product, Engineering, and Regional Operations to identify risks, design standardized compliance solutions, and build robust governance frameworks across diverse EMEA markets.
About the Role
As the Earner Compliance Specialist for EMEA Delivery, you will be the core subject matter expert responsible for safeguarding our platform while supporting business growth. In this Individual Contributor (IC) role, you will lead the end-to-end review of internal processes, map global product configurations, identify compliance gaps, and align cross-functional partners around standardized mitigations.
You are an expert orchestrator and data-driven problem solver. Rather than executing all operational tasks directly, you will bring visibility to compliance risks, establish clear prioritization, and build shared accountability across Central Ops, Local Ops, Product, and Legal.
