Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for Breakfast who enjoys starting the day early and delivering warm hospitality. Shifts begin at 06:00 or 07:00, part of the Breakfast & Lunch team, with duties from setting up, stocking the buffet, serving guests, to supporting lunch service.

Essential requirements include availability for early shifts, passion for hospitality, strong English, and a positive, flexible attitude. Dutch is a plus and hotel/restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Very good English communication is required.
• Willingness to work early shifts (06:00/07:00) including weekends.
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional breakfast experience.
• Prepare and set up the breakfast restaurant and buffet.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining standards.
• Replenish and present buffet items attractively throughout service.
