Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Operation Support Agents. This role involves supervising new employees and temporary workers, ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and a positive working environment within the warehouse, and directing daily processes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise new employees and temporary workers during processes.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, safety, and working atmosphere within the group and keep the site clean and tidy.
  • Direct subprocesses of all daily Warehouse processes.
  • Ensure timely and correct loading/unloading of incoming/outgoing vehicles.
  • Execute all scanning activities promptly.
  • Sort and process all import‑export shipments, ensuring correct preliminary work for morning and evening handling.
  • Label export shipments accurately and perform measurement and weighing activities as fully as possible.
  • Handle all import and export shipments that cannot be directly reloaded (e.g., multi‑day shipments, undeliverable/unsendable, held customs and return shipments).
  • Conduct line haul debrief activities.
  • Adhere to CSR, security, and Health & Safety policies.
What you will be doing
  • Ensure customers' urgent packages get to the right place on time.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.
  • Check and investigate failed shipment deliveries or collections when needed; prioritize and reallocate any failures for the next day's delivery.
  • Enter data into the in‑house tracking system.
  • Run clear and effective communication and collaboration with team, manager, and other operations stations.
  • Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
