Job summary

Nedap Healthcare is seeking a part-time student to design and build an eLearning module on educational sciences and learning facilitation. You will translate complex concepts into engaging, interactive content, enabling Nedap employees to independently learn and apply decision-making principles using ShapeShift and CF-based methods.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Interest in learning, eLearning, or digital communication.
• Ability to structure and explain complex information clearly.
• Takes initiative and learns new tools quickly.
• Strong command of English (guidance in English).
• Experience with eLearning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation through documentation and experts.
• Define learning objectives and translate them into a learning design.
• Build the module using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline).
• Create interactive elements such as videos, animations, case studies, and exercises.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience.
