What you'll do

As our E-commerce Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full e-commerce cycle and play a key role in driving our digital growth. You will:

• Assist in managing our Shopify store: product uploads, content updates, pricing, and collections.
• Set up and manage external Shopify applications and integrations.
• Analyze website and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support efforts to improve conversion rates and customer journey, including setting up and analyzing A/B tests.
• Contribute to churn reduction and retention strategies (subscriptions, repeat purchases, win-back campaigns).
• Create and iterate on ad creatives for Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
• Create listicles and landing pages tailored to specific customer avatars.
• Contribute to analyzing and improving email marketing (Klaviyo).
• Improve customer service and communication support.
• Assist with SEO, SEA, and GEO optimization.
• Bring fresh ideas for features, campaigns, and tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Technically skilled, with hands-on experience in e-commerce (e.g., Shopify, webshop management, or online marketing projects).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• A builder's mindset, with technical affinity and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with digital tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Excel).
• Hands-on, practical, and eager to learn.
