Job summary

OGB Beauty is seeking an ambitious marketing intern to join the e-commerce and marketing team in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience with real campaigns, content creation and CRM tasks, while supporting product launches and digital initiatives.

As a Bachelor or Master student, you will work 40 hours per week from September/October for 5–6 months in a fast-paced beauty brand, collaborating with the team to improve campaigns, content, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business, Communications or related field
• Passion for digital marketing, beauty, social media and e-commerce
• Curious about online consumer behaviour and customer journeys
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Well-organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available from September/October for 5-6 months (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website and other online channels
• Create and optimise website content, including landing pages, product pages and campaign pages
• Assist with CRM and email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup
• Support the planning and launch of new products and digital campaigns
• Monitor website performance and assist with ongoing optimisation to improve the customer journey and conversions
• Analyse campaign and webshop performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing/e-com team on day-to-day digital marketing projects
• Stay on top of beauty, social media and digital marketing trends to inspire new campaigns and content

Profile

• Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business, Communications or a related field
• Passion for digital marketing, beauty, social media and e‑commerce
• Curious about online consumer behaviour and customer journeys
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Well‑organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Available from September/October for 5-6 months (40 hours per week)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Shopify or another CMS
• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools
• Experience with ExcelBasic Photoshop and/or Figma skills
• Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini
