Job summary

Envipco is seeking an experienced Project Team Leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive two major implementations in progress. You will be the first contact for the Dutch Head Office in Amersfoort, defining and supporting company-wide business processes and integrating modules with third-party add-ons.

The role requires 5+ years with Dynamics 365, strong FSM/CRM/ERP knowledge in manufacturing, and willingness to travel across Europe; English is mandatory with

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (must have).
• 5+ years in-depth knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM and ERP processes in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; Romanian, Dutch and/or German a plus.
• EU driving license holder; able to travel across Europe.
• Able and willing to travel up to 2 weeks occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team for two major implementations in progress.
• First point of contact for the Dutch Head Office in Amersfoort for Dynamics 365 issues.
• Define, setup and support company-wide business processes.
• Process modeling and optimization of Dynamics with third-party add-ons (e.g., SolidWorks PDM / BOM).
• Create and manage reports, views and dashboards.
• Pre and post Go-Live end-user support.
• Coordinate with departments to understand requirements and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with IT managers in Europe and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.
