Workstead is seeking a dedicated planner in Zwolle, Netherlands, to schedule temporary workers, coordinate with clients, and ensure staffing fits demand and customer satisfaction.

You will visit customers, assess needs, and foster lasting relationships as the primary scheduling contact. The role emphasizes a service-oriented approach, teamwork with diverse intermediaries, and availability for full-time work, including occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a planner.
• Customer-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and confident.
• Experience in the temporary employment sector preferred.
• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Available in full-time.
• Also available periodically on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule temporary workers to meet daily demand and ensure smooth operations.
• Regularly visit customers to discuss the pool of workers and plan ahead.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and act as the main contact for scheduling queries.
• Provide service-oriented support to employees and customers, ensuring promises are kept.
