Job summary

Proyekt Professionals in the Netherlands is seeking a dedicated planner who will be the sole planner in the team, with solid support from colleagues. You’ll handle scheduling, client liaison, and on-call responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role offers variety, development opportunities, and a salary range between €2,600 and €3,500 gross per month for a 40-hour week, depending on experience, with room for your own input and opportunities to work on events both in the

Qualifications

• Experience in staff planning and/or events industry is a plus.
• Ability to switch quickly between tasks without losing overview.
• Flexible and not discouraged by last-minute projects.
• Clear and pleasant communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Curious, positive and think in terms of possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients get the right people for projects.
• Schedule colleagues and prepare them for assignments.
• Maintain client contact and visit clients when needed.
• Prepare quotations based on incoming requests.
• Assess leave requests with HR and process planning.
• Arrange hotels or facilities for employees as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as required.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and working methods.
• Occasionally visit project locations to see how colleagues work in practice.
• Review new requests, answer questions, process projects in the planning system, and coordinate with the team.
