Job summary

Olympia is seeking an Order Planner to link customers, production, purchasing, and partners. You will ensure orders are processed correctly, schedules are accurate, and delivery commitments are met.

You will work daytime hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with both part-time and full-time options available. Fluency in English and ERP experience are required, and Navision proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education and relevant work experience.
• Order planning experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision) and proficient in Excel.
• Accurate, well-organized with strong communication.
• Practical mindset and ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer orders.
• Coordinate and confirm delivery dates.
• Prepare and maintain production and delivery schedules.
• Adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, capacity, or material availability.
• Communicate daily with production, purchasing, customer service, and external partners.
• Monitor orders and deliveries and make adjustments where necessary.
