INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery offers a Duty Manager Internship to support the Operations Manager and General Manager across Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping and Reservations. You will also gain insight into Finance, HR and Engineering and contribute to smooth processes in a luxury lifestyle setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an MBO or HBO study in Hospitality Management or similar field.
• Available for at least 6 months, but preferably 10 months.
• Curious, independent and a true multitasker.
• Available 4 or 5 days per week.
• Hands-on mentality and willing to roll up sleeves.
• Flexible and willing to support outside standard hours.
• Affinity with hospitality, quality control and operational processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping and Reservations.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Engineering to understand interdepartmental connections.
• Lead projects related to hospitality quality and operational optimization.
