• Handle incidents and resolve complaints.

What you will learn

• Assist on Duty Managers with daily operations.
• Address guests professionally and recommend Amsterdam attractions.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents, handle complaints and resolve urgent matters.
• Manage Guest Relations activities and review platform monitoring.
• Know front office and F&B procedures and ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Facilitate smooth communication between departments.
• Conduct quality checks for cleanliness and safety.
• Contribute process improvement suggestions.
• Work on projects to grow into well‑rounded hotel professional.
