Job summary

Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, invites you to join as a Duty Management Intern. You will closely monitor daily operations, assist the Front Office, and learn safety procedures, complaint handling, and room issues.

About The Job

As a Duty Management Intern, you are a familiar face throughout the hotel, as you closely monitor everything that happens on a daily basis. You are closely involved with the Front Office team and step in whenever needed. During your internship, you will learn everything about safety procedures, complaint handling, and room-related issues. It is a versatile and dynamic internship in which you will take on a wide range of responsibilities and work independently as an all‑rounder. Because of the dynamic work environment, every day is different — and that is exactly what makes this internship so enjoyable. No matter how varied your days are, one thing always remains the same: you ensure that every guest leaves with a satisfied feeling. And of course, that you do as well! We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, according to the number of days and hours worked. So one month you will get a little less and the next month a little more.
