The Vibe Check is seeking a Dutch-speaking, tech-enthusiastic customer support specialist to join a high-end team in Greece. You will assist customers via calls, emails, and chat, focusing on gadgets and home tech, while learning and growing in a vibrant international environment.

Relocation is provided with paid accommodation and a pathway to remote work from anywhere in Greece after onboarding and training, offering a balanced lifestyle and career growth in tech support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for internal training and teamwork.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and live there.

Responsibilities

• Be the Brand Oracle for Dutch-speaking customers via calls, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries and handle order tracking and after-sales questions.
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused support to create 'wow' moments.
• Navigate support tools and update customer records within the CRM.
