Boeva Tech is seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor in Athens to provide world-class travel support. You will respond to inquiries in Dutch and English, log interactions, and resolve issues while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and log customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain meticulous records of consumer feedback and questions in the customer services database.
• Handle client complaints efficiently, following the company's escalation policy.
• Resolve support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot issues using system knowledge, support documentation, and analytical questioning.
• Provide proactive recommendations to solve common problems and improve customer experience.
