Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece, on-site, with relocation support and a competitive package. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, building a robust pipeline, identifying decision-makers, and presenting cloud

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (Ducth language)
• Business English proficiency at C1 level
• Experience in sales/customer service/business development preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong accountability and motivation
• Good PC skills and online tools

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
