Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader in the industry. The role emphasizes outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with a focus on generating and qualifying opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece, on-site with relocation package and a €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months, plus bonus and training.

Qualifications

Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
Business English proficiency at C1 level.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong accountability and motivation.
Good PC skills and confidence using online tools.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
Identify opportunities for business growth.
Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
