Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Event Coordinator to provide operational and logistical support for the Global Events team. You will coordinate local logistics across markets and assist with budgeting, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.

You will draft engaging event copy for JET LIVE and help maintain internal communications, schedules and timelines with the events group. Fluency in Dutch and strong coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events administration, coordination or operations.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides foundational operational and logistical support to the Global Events team.
• Liaises with the Global Events manager and coordinates local logistics (room setups, catering, contingency plans).
• Supports budget tracking, raises Purchase Orders and processes suppliers and invoices.
• Drafts engaging event copy and promotional materials for JET LIVE and intranet updates.
