Job summary
Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Sales Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. The role focuses on helping SMBs grow online using Google Ads and digital campaigns, with relocation bonus and hybrid work options.
You will engage clients, advise on online advertising solutions, and identify upsell opportunities while leveraging Salesforce and Excel to track performance. Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) is required.
Qualifications
- Dutch (C1+) and strong English (B2 minimum) required.
- At least 6 months’ experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel to manage pipeline.
- Google Ads knowledge is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with SMB clients via phone and email to understand their business needs.
- Advise customers on growth with Google Ads and online advertising solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities from acquiring new advertisers to upselling existing accounts.
- Use client data to create tailored recommendations that drive results.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.
- Work with Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and track performance.
