Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Sales Specialist to drive new business and manage SMB accounts. You will use Google Ads and digital advertising solutions to help clients grow online.

The role combines sales, account management and digital marketing know-how, with relocation support and hybrid work options. You’ll collaborate with the wider team to deliver tailored campaigns and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in sales, account management or digital marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and online advertising is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with SMB clients via phone and email to understand business needs.
• Advise clients on growth strategies using Google Ads and digital campaigns.
• Identify sales opportunities from new advertiser acquisition to upselling existing accounts.
• Create tailored recommendations based on client data to drive results.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.
• Use Salesforce and Excel to manage pipeline and track performance.
