FH Collective Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support professionals to join our team in Greece. The role includes full relocation support for EU candidates and a fully remote setup within Greece.

You will deliver empathetic customer support, investigate account issues and content reports, promote community safety and help users understand platform policies, and use insights to improve user experience. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (B2+).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
