FH Collective Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support professionals to relocate to Greece and work remotely. You will join an international team with full relocation support for EU candidates moving to Greece.

Responsibilities include delivering empathetic customer support, investigating account issues, promoting safety, and using data to improve the user experience. Relocation covers flight, hotel, and other logistics, with optional remote setup while in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (B2+)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
