Job summary

Beetronics is seeking an experienced Country Manager to own our Dutch-speaking webshops and customer base across the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries, quotations, orders, invoicing, and aftersales while guiding consultative display product advice.

You’ll work with an international team, collaborating via Slack, phone, email, and PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in technical product consultation or support is a plus.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and explaining display specifications.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer journey for Dutch-language webshops in NL and Belgium.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, support, and aftersales.
• Provide display and product consultation to SMBs, key accounts, and professionals.
• Maintain and optimize product information and content across webshops and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
