Job summary

At Atolls Netherlands is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to build and grow PepperNL's Instagram and TikTok presence, creating short-form video content and engaging Dutch communities.

You will test formats, analyze data, and collaborate with content, community, and marketing teams to grow reach, engagement, and brand relevance across Dutch markets. Expect a hybrid setup with flexible working hours and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in video content creation, social media management, community management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and their algorithms.
• Experience with CapCut or similar editing software.
• Proven track record growing social media reach and engagement through video content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the content strategy for PepperNL’s Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Create, film, and edit engaging short-form video content tailored to Dutch audiences and optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Grow PepperNL’s social media audience and engagement using a data-driven approach.
• Identify niche content categories aligned with Pepper’s priorities.
• Manage the social media content calendar and publish high-quality content on schedule.
• Monitor, analyse, and report monthly on KPIs for the team.
• Use data and audience insights to improve formats, topics, publishing frequency, and channel strategy.
• Collaborate with content, community, and marketing teams to support broader objectives.
• Stay updated on trends and platform developments to stay competitive.
• Engage with the PepperNL community by responding to comments and questions.
• Coordinate social media campaigns around key events and partnerships.
• Maintain a consistent tone and visual identity across PepperNL channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand relevance in the Dutch market.
