Job summary

Ignite seeks a Google Ads consultant to manage Dutch client portfolios from Barcelona, guiding onboarding, tool adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities across the Netherlands. You will drive campaign performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, seaside setting.

Working 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, you will be based at the World Trade Center Barcelona with relocation support including a 30-day private studio sponsorship and air travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and Business English for client interactions and internal use.
• Experience in B2B account administration, digital advisory roles, or enterprise CRM tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR and European data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding of new corporate clients to define objectives and digital advertising frameworks.
• Regular stakeholder outreach with executives to report ROI and propose additional solutions.
• Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns—bidding, ad copy, and audience targeting.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights to improve ROAS and profitability.
• Record all client interactions and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Share market insights with cross-functional teams to refine outreach tactics.
